I would like to modify your statement about recognizing merit.(1)America: Your statement is "America full recognizes Merit ..Many from India have attained the highest positions in America"BUT, NO INDIAN OR ANY OTHER PERSON IS ALLOWED TO EVEN CONTEST FOR THE HIGHEST CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICES. So, when it comes to the highest offices, America, first removes people who are not 'NATURAL-BORN AMERICANS', and THEN LOOKS INTO THE MERIT OF THE REMAINING PEOPLE. I am not saying it is wrong...In fact, it is the right system.(2)India: Merit is NOT LOOKED INTO, in general...for example, Rahul Gandhi, once a child in the arms of Pranab Mukherjee will be the boss in no time, because he is son of Sonia. WORSE, INDIA ALLOWS NON-INDIANS ALSO TO CONTEST FOR HIGH CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICES...AGAIN, TAKE THE CASE OF SONIA...SHE WAS A BORN ITALIAN, BROUGHT UP AS AN ITALIAN,..AND ONCE SHE MARRIED INTO AN INDIAN FAMILY,THAT TOO, PROBABLY CALCULATED ROYAL FAMILY, SHE HAS DONE THE PAPERWORK AND HAS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR ANY OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY...WHICH PAVES THE WAY FOR HER LOOTING THE COUNTRY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY...The situation is similar to the fate of many girls in developing countries...they want visa in a rich country...some old man comes in search of a maid, etc...and they marry, get a stay visa, and the girl is a wife for visa purposes, but she is abused in all sorts of manner by her 'owner'.. So, India should amend the constitution to ALLOW ONLY NATURAL-BORN INDIANS FOR HIGH OFFICES LIKE THE US
