Hmm.. Sangh parivar and the minority did not elect her. Their only way to get back to power is to say she is not Indian. She is Indian not by the dress she wears, not by religion, not by caste, upbringing, or any other but by volition. She had the choice and she made hers. Now, I dont know what else she has to do to be an Indian.... perhaps jump on the funeral fire..? If she was%u2019nt half the Indian she is, she would have left India and gone back to Italy with whatever she had, to live peacefully and without having to face this kind of insult.
She was elected repeatedly to serve. She was elected to be the head of the largest party in the elected mandate. She can rightly be speaking for every one of us at the UN. If you think she should not be speaking for you, please vote her out "and her close friend Quatrochi."
This is just the spineless Indian way of criticizing someone. If you think you can serve India better since you were born in India, why dont you get elected and go through this kind of crap? I think that when she spoke at the UN, she spoke very well. So, I dont understand this fuss about her for talking of "Gandhian values".
The sangh parivars of India need to get elected to speak on behalf of India. Until then, they can oppose as a minority but they dont reflect the majority.
