It may not hear well to many in India that the concept of federalism had been a quest before Independence and is absolutely lost thereafter. In naked eye, one could see federalism in speech but not in action. India is Federal nearer to Delhi and India elsewhere is also Federal which has the capacity to destabilize Delhi.
