Land Acquisition
by Bosky Nandy on Mar 19, 2007 04:09 PM

Dear All,

Land acquisition with adequate compensation is constitutional. It is happening all across the nation. Everever a road, a highway, canal or a dam is constructed. In cities and towns, new colonies are constructed over agricultural lands.
If we want to stop all these, we need to make an amendment to our constitution.
I dont know then why the West Bengal Chief Minister is being targetted alone, when such things are happening all across the country. Can anyone who understands this better could explain me????

Regards to all.

Tirtha Nandy
