Inkipinky, it is clear you know almost nothing about India's civil nuke capabilities. That becomes apparent when you say that all Indian reactors are from USA or Russia, etc. Having been a very close observer of India's nuke development I assure you that you have all wrong notions on the subject. Nuke technology cannot be show-cased like the launch of a spaceship. But lack of fireworks does not mean that nothing is happening. For knowing that you need to understand technology and its intricacies. And understanding nuke technology does need effort.
