Tamilnadu has extensively mis used underground water, polluted major water sources like Koovam, do not do rain water harvesting and leave out lots of water to the sea (which could be saved in mettur dam) during the rainy season. Instead of expecting from karnataka to always save water for you, why dont you folks do something about it? We do not expect them to starve, at the same time it is not right to feed someone who are plain lazy.
