Dear Sahoo, I am a mallu and i worked in Orissa for 2 years with Jindal Stainless Ltd at Jajpur Road.Do you think Orissa other than Bhubaneswar & Cuttack has any body who speaks 'Hindi'.while I went to any teastalls for tea i needed to say 'Mothe gotte chai Diyanthu' and not 'muche ek chai de do'.And I believe the former was Oriya and not Hindi. In my state Kerala majority of the population are working abroad and so they are stressing in English.They dont have any bias for hindi.If you speak to them they(mallus) will atleast try to understand you and help you with your requirement but not looot you as you know where.....
