"Indian social moral system" there is no such thing. In India we have sexual repression. Unless teenagers are allowed to interact with opposite sex in a healthy way, have boy/girl friends, be able to have physical contact with each other, they have a chance to grow up to be sexual deviants who will rape whenever they get a chance. I haven't seen a society where attitude towards sex is healthy. In west we have sexual obsession and lots of freedom also resulting in lots of rapes. Best way is to punish such crimes with impunity.
