Budhha has really opened a different can of worms
by QandA on Aug 31, 2007 01:12 AM

I was raised by Hindi films which used to say
"All religions are same". "Sama Dhrama Smabhav".
But I did not had a chance to check what other religions were saying. Christains are after poor Hindus and want to convert them at the fisrt opportunity. And Muslims on another side want to align with sepratists ideology and not identifying anything with the Hindus to the point that they refuse to sing "Vande Mataram". Kalam and Rehman both don't have objection to sing "Vande Mataram" but the Muslim poiticians make it as a issue.. I mean what's "Vande Mataram". It is just repecting India as a mother. But even moderate muslims object singing "Vande Mataram" in schools. If people can't even agree on this simple issue do you think India as a country is going to be any stronger like China?
