Nishant, I disagree with point 1 of yours, for simple reason that Solar cells manufacturing costs are high because they are not mass produced, its same logic as computers which were very expensive and didnt have much power in the 80's. Nuclear fuel is much more costly and dangerous, why dont you just google on net instead of asking others to provide you with figures. If you can respond on rediff you can certainly run a google search for such information. Govt. cannot be trusted because it comprises of people who have extremely dubious track records as well as political class in India has been famous for its corruption.
