Please throw some more light on your questions. As far as I understand it there is nothing in the deal that restricts what you asked. The deal can be terminated with 1 year notice from either party. And anyway, all that you said has no meaning if we don't test our nuclear weapons. And if we do conduct any test there will be sanctions anyway. So I didn't understand your problem. The only problem that I see is once we start depending upon foreign supplies for our daily energy needs then it would be difficult to annoy the US. Looking forward for your reply.
