By this DV law we are inching more towards western family norm.This law which has been borrowed heavily from US and English law admits live-in partner and reduces the sacred relation ship of family to 'domestic relationship' which we share even with our pet dogs and cat.This law is good for western homes where the women change their husbands like their dress every now and then.In India we are married for life and here both husband and the wife sacrifice their freedom to build a better home.After going to court and this law will lead us to more broken homes more battered life , more orphan houses and bitter and battered family life.The law has been conceived by the so called socialite of Delhi and Mumbai who believe in Club and Pub culture sans Indian ethos and sacrifice.Oh God they do not know what they are doing!
