The fresher clearly here has "NO REFINED SKILLS" except "MBA knowledge". The firm recruits and excepts results. Being a lady, she is "NOT" supposed to work beyond certain hours and she can demand to work only in the working hours. However, since she is not able to perform, she is doing the unpaid extra hours. She can do the following 1> Talk to management and seek feedback on improvement and a training program. All firms know that with just knowledge nobody can perform, they need additional training program to become fit and survive. 2> Quit and go for another paid job ( but has fallen into the loan pit )in which case, she can still demand the management to help her improve skills.
Its foolish, if the firm expects a fresher to perform fantastically right from the 1st month.
