RE:RE:Evrybody is corrupt

Here's an instance for you: Bearing in mind India is a poor country(I dont say this, the congress government says this). You are driving a bike. You have neared the signal and there is a huge truck infront of you because of which you can not see the signal. While you were crossing the signal turned red. you couldnt see it and got caught by the policeman. Now he asks you for the lisence(Why? Could he not see what happened?). You know if you give him the lisence you will have to go and collect from the RTO(Possibilities are that you might have to go to the court of law). Now the policeman asks you for your vehical papers(WHY? how is breaking signal linked to the vehicle papers?) Then he will ask you for PUC. Then he will ask you for the Insurance papers(WHY? how linked?) - Its obvious that some of the papers you might just not be carrying, not because you dont want to but because if you keep it in the dicky of the bike they might just rot away(They indeed do!). And the he will shamelessly tell you, "its a very big crime that you have done breaking the signal", as if its more henious a crime than crushing some people under your land crusier while they were sleeping. At this time you are reminded of the salman case and you think, if the whole bloody system couls not break a hair of Salman and he bribed his way out of the shit why sould I be penalized. And so the first thought got planted in you! Now you are told to pay 1200 bucks for breaking the signal and all the other blah
