Cell phone bills are outrageous in USA and Europe. India has the best call rates and best value for money when it comes to cell phone calls.
I hope the same thing get repeated in the wireless broadband technology (either 3G or WiMAX).
I listened to Airtel CEO (Sunil Mittal)'s talk. He repeatedly mentioned that he would make the cost dirt cheap and make money on volume (i.e. in more customer usage).
