Any sector it is. Khataa should be faster. We know always, that Govt. Khataa is slower. In the sense, the Khataa is too much paper oriented that a single 10 mins job is done by 10 days in govt. khataa. Which i think everybody will agree in this.
It depends fully on management how much faster they wants to make the process.
Just an example. If i want to open a joint account in bank. Public sector will atleast take 5 days, while private sector will take 2 days to complete the process. It depends fully on the process.. Faster the process, more the satisfaction to customers.
