Again there is always reference calls, and many getting into without any knowledge. These stuffs are done by Managers and HR people. Instead of these, they can very well dilute and get other degree people and people from other sectors to accomodate.
My suggestion, is take some one from other sector with more than 5-10 yrs expererince. In other sectors, job switching is less, and they would have got into that mind set, and will not leave easily.
