top brass gets all the nickel, others get peanuts
by Anupam Shukla on Apr 30, 2007 02:08 PM

Guys at the top get the big money, to get the job done by others.Somebody junior sweats it out, and these CEOs get the accolades.I am sure the difference between CEOs'salary and his next-in-command will be more than 60%.What's the logic!?I think 40-60% of their earnings should be distributed to the team working for him.Afterall, a boss is only as good as his suordinates
