I would like to congratulate Rediff for putting up such articles. I think we should take initiative to take print outs of this article and put it on the notice board of all the colleges in the country. I think it's an eye opener and will help a lot young people in managing thier career. I would like to explain with my own example. I have an exp of more than 2 yrs in the BPO industry. I have worked with some of the best companies aroung( one of them being the Big Blue) When I enetrd this industry I was not sure of my career path. I got aquainted with the way BPO works.
