kapalabhati actually loosens up the stomach muscles unless you practice it with breath retention and uddiyana bandha. But both these are advanced practices and contraindicated for high blood pressure/heart problems etc. If you don't have any major health problems, you can slowly start introducing these advanced pratices. Otherwise, stick to asana like navkasana and utthanpadasana (double leg drop, slowly increasing stamina and duration in each.
