Hi everybody, One question to the company HRs. Do they follow ethics? Every company offer letter is confidential beteen the company and the employee. The companies are asking the previous company offer/appointment letter. How can company ABC take the confidential letter of company XYZ? It is illegal to have other company's confidential documents in your company's HR cabins. Do you thinks company's are following ethics here. If they don't follow do you think they have right to remove those who "doctored" their CV? I think ethics are to teach to other not to follow
