I was surprised to note the contents of this article. Should the above news be true, I have a few questions.
1. what is Nascom doing against the companies like TCS which take one sided employment bonds? don't they know that as per the bonded labour abolition act of 1976, it is unconstitutional? Nascom does not want to curb this.
2. What is Nascom's effort in putting a check on organizations that inform the candidate "we will get back to you" and never even send a regret mail? Is it professional on the part of the organization?
3. what is Nascom's effort in curbing the practices like..."tell me what is other people offering you.. we will offer more" kind of coments ffrom organizations? Infact, these are the reasons why techies switch companies.
