I am still thinking how Ganguly made lot of Century he is worst than any villeger player his attitude his style of bating whenever i am thinking about his record that time i have been thinking Internationl cricket is easiear than town level cricket his bating style is terrible it shows the level of our selectors think.
The loss to Sri Lanka was not unexpected. I had predicted this in one of the columns that I had written a few days back, based on my critical analysis and man-to-man comparison. Please compare the players based on the following traits which differentiate the sheep from the goat and men from boys -
1. Commitment 2. Urge to win 3. Team effort 4. Staying low profile
Now compare each Indian player with the opposite number in the Sri Lankan side and whereas you may give between 6 to 8 in a scale of 10 to the Lnkans, most in the Indian lineup will get at best between 4 to 6.

and where exactly do u write ur columns? for ur own newspaper which reaches ur house only?
I think Sachin should answer to himself, Once he moved from opener to 2 down. He is only scoring when the earlier wickets score a lot. The way he approaches the bowling is different and creats lot of confidense for opposite team bowlers and demoralize his team. I can't able to understand how sachin scored just 7 for 36 against bangladesh, the same man who faced donald, wasim akram, shane warne , mcgrath. Just his 16 years of experinece is enough to play without pressure. I wish he retires in one day cricket now. If he plays more, they will be more pressure and he can never perform and he gets more bad name. I love to watch is batting from last 16 years , now no more.

I am a fan of Sachin and have been so for several years. I always used to defend him when others criticised him. But even I think that the time has come for him to stand up and answer. And to get out honorably before he is shown the door. He has made enough (money, fame, records, etc). Alas, of late he is only earning our contempt. Sachin, please be a man, own up that you failed to contribute when required, accept responsibility and gracefully retire.
The gang is lead by Sharad Pawar, who had brought dirty politics to the Indian game.
Kiran More, Ajit Agarkar, Sachin Tendulkar are all from the same region of Pawar.
It was due to Kiran More that Saurav was thrown out of the team. The person who had lead India to the Final match of the previous WC was treated like a shit.
And now again he sees problem with Saurav. What about Sachin? Why after earning 100's of crore rupees from Indian cricket he still wants to be part of national team and aspire to play 2011 WC.

do you ever remember sachin putting him above the country..remember what ganguly was doing before he was dropped...sachin may not be the batsman he was before..but he is a true indian..100% dedication
OURS IS SUCH A CRICKET FANATIC COUNTRY THAT IF BEMUDA BEATS BANGALADESH AND INDIA GOES ON TO WIN THE WORLD CUP, OUR FANATIC FANS MAY SUGGEST THAT GREAG CHAPPEL REPLACE MAHAMATA GANDHI AS FATHER OF THE NATION.WE MUST ALL REMEMBER THAT ITS INLY A GAME OF CRICKET AND WE NEED NOT BE FANATIC ABOUR.
More writing Selectors to blame is correct in his case only. It is More and Greg Chappel who spoilt the Team India of 2003 for their own vested interests. Vengsarkar at least tried to put some sense into the Team. About players, Sachin must be having Hydroceles disease otherwise why is he always adjusting his balls. He is more worried about his balls than his wicket.
I believe that the main reason for failure is the driving force of BCCI, MONEY. Otherwise, they would have played Bangla Desh a few times in the past years and Bangla capabilities known to India. The sooner everyone realises, better it will for the Indian cricket, that Dravid is a very good technician and a great gentleman but not a leader, a planner or an innovator. Indian cricket is doomed while he is India's captain. Finally, the selection committee (who selected them: BCCI). Why insist on reputation and not performance, else you would not have Kumble, Haribhajan, Irfan, Sehwag in team and you will have people like Pawar and Gambhir. Dhoni has also grown to big for his shoes, while a genuine performer like Kartick sitting on the bench.
Ensure Sachin, Sourav & Anil retire asap in the interest of Indian cricket. They have acheived what "they" wanted.
Wish Sachin had a bad/broken bone, Sourav never batted again, and Anil had an accident taking some snaps.
Sehwag & Pathan should be sent back to domestic for 6 - 12 monthsn atleast.
I guess the whole Indian team is not earning anything from this tournament, it would be a national shame if they are paid for what they have done.
The sponsors have spoilt Indian cricket, by creating super stars out of nothing, which has resulted in cricketers such as Sachin & Sourav, who are more interested in personal records.
Pls don't take youngsters even if they are star performers, ensure they play atleast 50 domestic matches with atleast 1 calendar year.
If players loose 2 consecutive series, then those who have not performed in these both have to play domestic for atleast 8 months before they can make a comeback.
Pls don't take sick/injured players b'cos they have good track record, that's the most foolish decision in sports.
Ensure players are comitted to cricket and cricket only, if they play less and act more in Ads, pls ask them to choose what their career is.
make all selection criteria online, from the 30 probables how the 15 were choosen, more importantly why the other 15 were rejected.
