Indian bowling line-up is much better than last world cup. Srinath along with Nehra is out. Now they have more young and faster bowling line-up. I don't know about Agarkar, his test bowling record is bad and he gives away too much runs. I play cricket for my club and we always go with 3 fast bowler with 2 spinners and 1 part-time bowler. India relies too much on Singh and kumble, they should bring more young spinners to the side. how long can kumble play for??

do u know anything about cricket? Agarkar has been the best performer for india in the last year. Pathan has bowled like a club bowler in the last 25 games. I have been seeing your comments and it looks like you show partiality towards muslim players. Be more broad minded. Don't make India into a Pakistan.
I guess we are putting a lot of pressure on our team. The least that we can do is, cheer hard for them and admire their effort. Winning and losing is a part of every game. If it is not us then it is the other team. Hearts are always broken one way or the other. What we can do without is putting extra pressure on our team each time they walk out wearing the national colours. Let them play without pressure and without the fear of repurcussion back home. Tendulkar, Ganguly, Dravid, Kumble and the rest, these guys don't need to prove anything to anyone anymore. They are already champions. The least we can do is let them play without any burden and they will not let us down. That being said, it is not how you win but it is how you compete is what counts, because at the end of the day the best (and the deserving) team should win.

you are right, but in India cricket is relegion and people are mad for cricket. and that's y players get big money nad fame. and in return they get pressure. i agree that sachin, sorava, rahul proved them, but what abut India last time India won WC 24 years ago. don't talk Individual, we will accept stars failure but India should win
Zaheer I saw a West Indies New Zeeland match in the late 60 s in Georgestown Guyana. I was with my father. What I want to say is that Turner from New Zeeland got a double century. Since then the West Indies cricket grounds has not changed much. They are batting paradizes. Only I saw a spinbowler from India called Prassana doing unpossible things with the ball. Even Sir Garry Sobers was very careful with Mr.Prassana. As a fast bowler you have to be pinpoint on line with each and every delivery. If you can keep bowncers on head hight you will be succesful. The hard grounds allow the balls to bounce easily. Even West Indian fast Bowlers had problems with keeping the bouncers on the correct hight I once saw with Sanjay Manjrekar. So good luck. Same to say to my West Indian pacemen. Its that extra bounce that counts . But it should land on nose hight.Marshall was a master in getting it. He was a variety men. Dr.Varma from the Windies.

Yes they are batting paradizes, fast bowler has nothing in it. The bowlers having pace variation and good line and length will get success.

reply Gentleman even if the Incometax team from Guyana plays against the firebrigade team from Trinidad on local grounds on the country side in say Trinidad you see the the humble spinner who tries to copy mr.Prassana from India doing well. That moisture which is helping a lot. Climate is hot and dry now in march. We did had some rain buts that a good time back. Dr.Varma

Gentleman Mr.Prassana was assembling some problem in each and every delivery he bowled. The whole batting power of West indies of those day was careful in handling him.If you sat in the stadium you could follow the ball from his hands on. Indeed problems started when it landed. Its a fact people remember him in honour. Dr.Varma
as we are in a democratic country, means everyone have eqall rights, but in cricket itis not.Ganguly and zaheer are the example they where dropped they worked hard and performence is out. But about pathan ,sahvegh and sometimes tendulker, they must be earthed.WELL ZAHEER,CONGRATULATION

Don't say this, Pathan was sent back to home with in Afrika series, and Sehwag was out for 2 games. and if you talk about sachin then sachin has never been failed continiously, but yes if he failed then he also should be reseted
Seeing sehwag's batting y'day, I feel even i can be part of indian cricket team and even MELLO the mascot can also play. V all will make a good time. Plz consider us including in the team. I will play cricket like sehwag and MELLO will entertain all.

Sehwag deserves to be sent back to domestic cricket to bring his ego down to earth. His talent can be worked out with the new kids in the deodhar tropy and can be considered for next tour if he proves his performance. For now he has really shattered the indian fans and brought shame to his mentor Dravid and has eaten the place of young cricketer who would have played better than him.

you can criticize veeru's batting (his current form) and u r right, but here Dravid has faith on him and every captain wants his own team even Dilip also admitted that when he was captain of India he never get his own team, so he wanted to give Dravid that liberty. Now it's up to Dravid and Sehwag to prove people wrong
Zaheer has shown in the recent series that india can depend on his bowling abilities in the intial & final overs.. But he has to be really consistent and should make use of all his potential and experience to good effect..as he is one of the player to watch out in this world cup he needs to handle that pressure well... Best of luck Zaheer.
Guyz, there is no such team called Dream Team. All our players r good. What we lack in our players is determination. Just see how Saurav was removed and came back with the lost ingredient. The same is with Zaheer.
Our boyz will do better if they play as a team rather than playing for their personal credits. And we are here to cheer the INDIAN team not individually.
