THE SCORES SCORED BY SACHIN IN ALL THE THREE MATCHES CAN BE EASILY SCORED BY ANY 11TH PLAYER OF ANY TEAM. I AM NOT JOKING. IT IS FACT. IF WE HAVE TO WIN MATCHES WE HAVE TO HAVE THE RIGHT COMBINATION. NOT PLAYERS WHO HAVE 14,000 RUNS AND NOT SCORING in A SINGLE MATCH. tHOUGH GANGULY PLAYED FOR HIMSELF HE SCORED MOST RUNS IN ALL THE THREE MATCHES. LET IT BE FOR HIS CAUSE, HE SCORED RUNS AND INDIA NEEDS RUNS. WHY PLAYERS LIKE RAHUL SEWAG DIDNOT PLAY FOR THEIR CAUSE ATLEAST. THEY KNOW THEY WILL NOT BE DROPPED FROM THE TEAM. I SUPPOSE THEY MUST BE THROWN OUT OF THE TEAM. DONT COMPARE CAPTAINCY ISSUE WITH OTHERS. HIS CAPTAINCY AGAINST BANGLADESH AND SRILANKA IS VERY POOR AND HIS TEAM SELECTION AND FIELD PLACEMENT IS ALSO VERY POOR. WHY HE BACKS SEWAG AND UTTAPA? HE SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THEM BY SRISHANTH AND KARTHIK. DRAVID PLS GO OUT OF THE TEAM FOR THE GOOD OF INDIAN CRICKET. AND PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE SACHIN JUMP OUT OF CRICKET AND ACT IN BOOST ADVERTISEMENT.
sachin and yuvi have been sent notices for their statements to the media which is right and fine according to laws. But why the stupid Greg Chappell who always kept on leaking news to media which in not in right spirits of team has not been subjected to same kind of treatment......

dont support sachin in any issue. let him be thrown out of cricket. let him play book cricket and score 15000 runs for the rest of his life. he has earned more money and scored more. Not for indian victory but for his advertisement. Why such a player goes public on critical issues? In the case of chappell his mail to BCCI should have been definitely leaked by the BCCI staff to the media.
I think Sourav Ganguly should be made the captain of team India immediately. In fact BCCI should do more, they should announce the Indian team comprising of only one player namely Ganguly. He alone can take on the world. If he plays alone as the only member of the Indian team then no team in the world can defeat India(er! Ganguly). Ganguly is invincible. He will never lose!!!

I 100% agree. Still there is time, Ganguli should be braught back for more two years as the captain. After wards make the captain who has the fighting spirit, irrespective of his ability... dravid completely lacked the fighting spirit and a failure as the captain... he is a nonsense cricketer.....
He does have the quality to become a captain. He is not at all leader. He is a good player no doubt about that. BCCI has done a blunder again retaining his captaincy. They will realise after Bangladesh tour. We knew about match fixing, but never heard of meeting fixing before . BCCI has done that.

It will really benefit India cricket to bring whatmore as coach as he is sincere, established his credentials with teams which were in doldrums (SL, BAN) has a great cricketing brain. But give him what he wants instead of tying his hand and legs. He is a good strategist and he can communicate very well with the sub-continent players.
Indian fans, they just love cricket but i am ashamed they just don't know cricket. They don't know that its a game played by 11 players supported by a coaching staff, They don't know that captain is the one calling the shots on the field , they don't know that no matter what a captain plans ultimatly its the players who have to execute it on the field. If Australia wins that does not only shows that ponting is a good captain but it shows that Australia as a team is superb with a good leader at its helm. As cricket is a team game there are lots of dependencies and thus cursing one guy for a defeat is never justified . I think when ponting took over from waugh , ponting was one of the most terrible captains but still his team never lost just because his team was so good that they could easly execute any startergy. Whereas if you have a look at newzeland they have only one skipper for i don know since when . stephen fleming is a terrific captian , even though his team never performed that well in the late 90s and early 2000 still he was retained as captian. i just want to say that winning or loosing is not caused by any one person it needs a collective effort of the whole team, so we should not blame one guy for this loss.Agreed Dravid made some mistakes but then everyone else does it too even the best of captains make mistakes but they get over shadowed when the team wins . If you are talking about comparison between 2003 and 2007 then you must remember that it was not only ganguly's captaincy that won us the matches , sachin's batting , our pace attack, even our fielding with yuvi and kaif being there was exellent .. Atleast i am suer dravid would have never asked anyone to play badly.. if sachin made a duck this time around and at the same time yuvi got runout and dhoni played such a sick stroke then I don't think any captain in the world could have done anything. So guys stop blaming anyone , its all created by media to keep people busy with this shit ..We should agree it was a collective failure of the team and captain is included in it .

yes , even after that a good capatain can lead a charged teh team and defend a total of 191 against Bangladesh....that is where captaincy matters..........If we don't have a good team then does not mean taht when we will not give a chance to a good capatain when we all know he is much better captain then our existing captain.........Captaincy makes a lot of difference when a team is chasing a small total.............We all know Ganguly is much better captain then Dravid , but we are not giving him a chance as many of Cricket Pundits in India don't want to see him regaining the captaincy ..as it will mean victory of Ganguly........

No doubt ganguly was a good captain but i dont agree that dravid is bad.. It was under him only that india won 17 matches chasing and test series again west indies etc ... so when the same team was performing we were winning under him too and it was looking so bright at that time. As far as defending 191 is concerned may be dravid missed a trick or 2 but how will you justify bhajji not picking a single wicket in 10 overs. Had we lost by 1 or 2 wickets I would have agreed that dravid failed to kill but when your 4 main bowlers are not able to get any wickets then I wonder what a captain could have done .. He might have missed a few tricks but at the asme time our bowlers and fielders also didnt made it easy for him. I hope u ll agree that bang batsmen are no special that we needed any spl captaincy for them still out bowlers cudnt make any impression on them ... again its every ones loss, skipper included.

World cup is ultimate failure. Remember 1-4 loss to mediocre westindies, 1st round exit in Champions trophy (wicket of seaming so failure of our great stroke players is understandable), 0-4 loss to S. Aftrica. They somehow win in India against mediocre WIndies and depleted S. Lanka (no Murali and Vaas) in tight finishes. And above all they were our stroke players totally flat wickets. If you give our Dhonis and co. Vizag, Kochi kind of wickets then still they can beat all teams most of the time. Overrated batters, wrong selections, too much commercials, spineless captaincy were some of the reasons of the failures. Our expectation was another mistake as we did not analyze past (1 year) performances of the team. Ofcourse captain is very important person in cricket team's results and history and experts can give you examples.
dravid is a shameless fellow...he is again gona decieve and disgrace india in bdesh and come and hide in his house. these xcricketers and current cricketers are trying to save each others backs ....chauhan i used to like your batting but this remark about what a great captain dravid confirms you know nothing about cricket
If one person has to blame for india's Defeat is Mr Dravid , even concidering he is the best batsmen I think India has ever produced....yes even better then Sachin.......
he can not control players tehn he has no rights to say he is India's captain.....shame even we had an indian captain but the team was run by an Australian.....Dravid , please leave this captaincy........

Agreed. If Dravid had shame he should have offered the resignation. Because he has not offered the resignation BCCI is forced to continue him as the captain as otherwise checking him out may look awkward and be bad to the team, so he is cointinued but the shameless fellow has not resigned. i feel Ganduli should be braught back for 2 yrs, then make the captain who has fighting spirit like ganguli...
