Sachin was great but is not any more. Now, his greatness is only in past records. But, we have to live in the present moment. Please mould your mind and attitude to change; change is the only constant thing in the world. It's time for Sachin to make way for younger lads. He has to remember that he started his career at the age of 17 years. How many people in India would get such opportunities? There may have been even greater players than Sachin in India. People who still support his retention are the ones who live in the past glory; not being ready to accept the current realities. Change management is happening in a big way in most of the currently successful business houses world over, so that they remain successful. BCCI is just a political clout, and I believe it doesn%u2019t understand the meaning of sportsmanship, which is lacking in most of our team members. Most of our team members are unfit, selfish, record-oriented (not results-oriented) and bad team players. We are in need or real sportspersons%u2014not money minded, political actors on the cricketing field.

my friend, what we all indians have to learn is, sport should be treated like a sport, it needs to be taken as aN entertainment, what we indians do is, we take it emotionally and give some statements, which is uncalled for.I definitely agree,we all feel bad, when our team doesnt do well, its obvious, even i tooooo feel, but what i am saying sport as to be treated like a sport, moreover, indian public have put so much pressure on these players, that, their not able to play their natural game.we tend to give lot of statements which is uncalled and we go to an extent that we go to their personnel matters, some people abusing making fun of their parents tooooooo, which is definitely not acceptable. And about sachin, what i can tell you, there is no question about the mans commitment towards the game and i can tell you, if at all ur questioning about is commitment, i believe and definitely believe, he must be the last person in the team and moreover,i believe sachin as a person is a true gentlemen and is an example to all the youngsters, how a person as to be,it is a shame on all of us that, when the whole world is respecting this man, we being indians are raising questions about him.I am not biased but what i tell you, there are few poeple in this world who behave like human beings, atleast lets respect them. One more thing i can tell you, if sachin tendulkar was in a team like australia or south africa, today i can assure you and i can confidently tell you, he would have scored another 3ooo runs more in 1 day and test matches. It is just that we have all put so much pressure on this man that sometimes he is not able to play his natural game. What is my advise to all of us is that, how can anybody question about a man talent, when he as scored nearly 15000 runs 1 day and almost 11000 run in test matches.I have seen lot of people questioning saying that, sachin as never won many matches for india, because i have lot instances, where sachin gives a good start and rest of the players dont take an advantage of the start he gives, this is how we have lost lot of matches, for example, have you seen the west indies match in chennai, where ROBIN UTTAPPA, gave a great start, infact it was a terrific start and rest of the batsmen didnt utilise it, so do you think u will blame robbin uttappa. if in future robin uttappa starts playing for india regularly, hope he does, since he is a great talent, people will start taking percentage of the matches won by india when robbin uttappa as played, this is exactly what as happenned, in case of sachin.according to me a player like sachin doesnt come often, i can tell you, i have not seen donald bradman batting, but the way the people and the former players are talking about him, he must definitely be the best, but after him i can tell you,the next player i always admired was vivian richards and right now it is definitely sachin tendulkar, he is definitely special and he is definitely, the best batsman in the world.
Sachin is already living in the 41st century 2000 years ahead of us 21st century mortals way ahead of his closest competitors. The man who has given his heart and soul to cricket doesn't deserve this at all. All he desreves is praise support and well-wishes. He is the man who is responsible for counless happy moments a man whom we all turned to bring smile when we are in troble. His role has not been only on the cricket field but off it too , no i am not talking about the countless contributions that he has made to the social cause or how down-to-earth this man is. I am talking about the strength he gave us when we were depressed the adrenalin dose he gave to us wen we were sad with the tensions of exams. The ecstacy we experienced when he scored a quick-fire century even when we had had a fight with our spouse or girlfriend! They man has scored 15000 runs in ODIs ,25000 runs in Internatinal cricket.Even Brian Lara rubbishes all the claims of comparisons by rating Tendulkar much higher then him. So who are we? people who haven't scored 1000 runs in our roadsides or parks?
Even the people whom we refer to today as past greats were not given good enough farewell.Who are we?are we GOD who decide when to insult and icon and ask him to leave.
Sachin has 2-4 years of cricket left in him and let him play he knows best. We all love him we have always and will always love this YOUNG KID WHO TOOK THE CRICKETING WORLD BY STORM AND IS STILL A FIRCE AFTER 17 years of loyal service
We just wish the man for whom the term Master Blaster was coined returns to his hitting and aggressive best and we pray he thinks of the time when he dominated one and all , when the only way to et him out was if he made a mistake on his own.Its all still there we know it , who can forget the76 ball century this year and the 140 not out with sixes over covers!!batting through. SACHIN CRICKET HAS BEEN AND WILL BE YOUR LIFE ALWAYS , AND SO WILL U BE , FOR US-OUR LIFE.
Your opinion doesn't matter at all bcoz u don't have the guts and strength to admire the correct , you get kick in pulling down the greats.it doesn't matter because people criticised gavaskar even people do criticize ponting lara (those wh have real knowledge unlike u and me like holding andy roberts)kallis is , i am sad to tell you a bundle of talent but is hated in south africa for his selfish game , he is held responsible for the loss against australia in this WC too.I don't have a personal relationship with Sachin its just we need to understand that he is human too he has genuinely given his heart and soul to the game.In sharjah once at 2 a.m ajit wadekar came to his room very tensed and said that "tomorrow azhar and jadeja are going to fail i have got secret news"sachin replied you sleep tight no matter who fails I will take India to victory.next day azhar and jadeja got out in the fashion that was known at the score that was also known , but sachin smashed a ton and took India to victory.Steven Waugh himself acknowledges Sachin as the best after Don Bradman , Lara and Ponting too do so.Next year you will say MD.Yousuf is the best because of his scores in 2006 , but go and check he is being abused too in Pakistan .Look at what jayasuriya has done he was made to retire because people like you thought that he had no talent left his best was over.his avg is 32 and Sachin's is 44.48.No century of his has been selfish. So there goes answer to LARA PONTING WAUGH JAYASURIA AND KALLIS.gilly is an excellent player but get his number and ask him and he will laugh it out and tell you who the BOSS is.We need to support him he has the talent and age by his side he can take the attack to anyone.Ponting has scored most hundreds in his own backyard , go find out who has maximum hundreds outside home ground.Sachin has not played that much cricket due to his injuries but now is fit. What Ponting is doing now Sachin has been doing better than that for 17 years.Earlier people compared him with Mark Waugh Then Inzamam the people being compared is changing but Sachin remains there.TO FINISH IT ALL WHAT DON BRADMAN HAS SAID YOU KNOW IT.Even Viv Richards considers him the best striker and one of the most dangerous batsmen ever. Sachin has played a genuine role in many Indian victories and its doesn't matter if you accept it or not buddy He won't be there in 2047 but 41 centuries he has rite now and We hope he is there as a coach in 2047 with his grandson bachin playing Enjoy Long Live Sachin!!

If you ask Vijay Mallya to contest a Derby and give him donkeys, will he produce a winner? Chappel was also given a set of donkeys. How do you expect him to make them thoroughbreds? Greg, you did a wonderful job. Bless you.

GREG dug Indian cricket's grave. From Day - 1 he was doing Chugli (pitting one against another) traitors who support Greg & Ian chappell r not knowing cricket. Chappell's contribution to cricket was to ask his younger brother Trevor Chappell to bowl underarm in a odi MATCH vs New Zealand. Let there be sane people in this world not who go with firangis. Watch video here www.freewebs.com/evergreen11
In India , you are always the bad guy if you speak out for any cause. The Same with Chappell , just wonder if he wanted only revenue from Indian cricket he could have earned a lot by going well with Skipper Ganguly. But instead what he did .. he was the main reason for Chucking out Ganguly ( Who referred Chappell...).. Now we need to appreciate such unselfish attitude from Chappell..... Wasn't he right in going against Ganguly ....... Just look at Ganguly ,,,,in no means he looks a team player ..Look at his Running between the wickets ,, agreed he was good batsmen once upon a time ....but he neither has fielding , nor has running between the wickets nor has bowling and his batting is also going for a big toss....he is scoring run but at a very slow rate , which in no means is helping Indian team out...Things would have been different if Ganguly would have increased the scoring rate ....against Bangladesh ..actually thanks to Ganguly's batting ..he made Bangladeshis bowlers come into rhythm ........So Chappell took the right decision ...then and now also he is right in depicting what all is happening in Indian cricket..INDIAN PLAYERS no matter how famous they are ....somewhere at the side of heart they play for their Centuries and making money ..just take exp of Tendulkar....I bet on many occasions he has given his century more importance than TEAM ,,,( exp ...100 against Srilanka in Australia ..and 194 against PAKISTAN ..where Dravid declared the innings ) ...You wont find such attitude in Aussies and even amongst Sri Lankans ...we need to take some tips from them ......Some times its beyond imagination ..why players tend to spend time at the crease..rather than going for the big shots .....this is where attitude plays a vital role ....Chappell was the person who had the Guts to ...change the Indian Cricket .... But its as expected and Unfortunate ...he's out .. AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT ....JUST ONE SERIES WIN ....EVERYTHING BACK ON TRACK AGAIN ,,,SPECTATORS SUPPORTING INDIAN TEAM ..PLAYERS BACK TO THE ADS ,,,,THE SAME OLD POLITICS ........ DUDE ..WITH SUCH THINGS WE CAN NEVER BE NUMBER ONE ..... SHAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

If Gangauly was responsible by scoring slowly against Bangladesh, what about all the others who got out cheap, and bowled badly at them?
If a coach is responsible for every win, and the players responsible for every defeat, then it must be a very rewarding profession to be a coach.
Wonder how after failing abjectly in achieving any of the objectives set out 2 years ago, and leaving a team at an all time low, how Chappell can still talk tall, and have so many in their thrall.
Can't anyone, reasonably sensible, put forward a reasonable agenda of things to be done in Indian cricket, which anyway, will bear fruit in 10 years time? Good way to keep yourself away from being appraised anytime soon, and secure a lifetime well paid job!
I think Mr.Chappell thoughts are not constructive, I am thankful that atlast he gave his resignation. This was really a GOOD news for Indian cricket lover. Bye Bye Chappell.
He entered this mess without any clue. He is obviously not the most politically savvy.. Look at Jhon wright. He got out gracefully and he still has a chance to come back. Greg needs to learn a thing or two from Mr.wright. ote for important issues and the players at www.cricketvotes.com. Tendulkar and Ganguly are votes out for retirement. See the opinions in numbers for range of issues.
