Sachin was great but is not any more. His greatness now is only in past records. We have to live in the present moment. Please mould your mind and attitude to change; Change is the only constant thing in the world. It's time for Sachin to make way for younger lads. He has to remember that he started his career at the age of 17 years. How many people in India will get such a chance? There may have been even greater players than Sachin in India. People who still support his retention are the ones who live in the past glory; not being ready to accept the current realities. Change management is happening in a big way in most of the currently successful business houses world over, so that they remain successful.
