if this money was really for selection, why did they ask about the player casually. It is as if the video was edited to its cause. Also the player was already in the training camp as per the video.
In this world all are innocent and very decent people. But the circumstances change the person to change himself. These stupid in decent people are killed our national game.
Don't u know...this is the "Creamy layer" that takes advantage of all the SC/ST quotas dished out in abandon to them! The deserving people never get the quotas in their favour...as usual! Not surprised at this turn of events...have suspected as much since years...also expect the same from the BCCI officials! Let us have a sting on BCCI officials...esp about selecting teams!!! Wd be fun! SSM
This guy JK is a complete ass! Even if he was framed, so what? Like a sucker he fell for it! Too bad for him....and actually good for the country that it was finally proved what we had long suspected that KPS and his cronies are upto something fishy! Is it so damn difficult for a country like India with its bunch of talented but raw players can't do moderately well in int'l tourneys? These crooks have for long been allowed to hang around like parasites, its high time they are booted out.
These folks who are worse than politicians, should be kicked out through any means after having been exposed for their unethical acts.
They have no morals, and claim their innocence, protesting the 'stealthy' recording. Will anyone ever get caught if recorded in open view? If the man is honest, he would have refused to accept money. Why did he take the money? Why is he crying foul now? If he says KPS gill trusts him and he in turn expects to be proved innocent by the enquiry of KPS Gill appointed committee (or whatever they wish to call), then we can guess that KPS Gill is also into such things albeit in a stealthy manner!
There should be a strict tenure rule for all sports administrators. No more than 2 terms for anyone at any level. I wish if this can apply even to our legislatures.
There are so many out there in the cricketing world who accept bribes during district, state and national level selections. Most of these goons are corrupt and we know of the same only once they are caught. The menace of corruption is there everywhere and there is no point in blaming one fellow who got caught red handed. We have to eradicate the whole mess in some way or the other. Any bright ideas?

One 'sting' by TV Today is not sufficient to shake up the system, you need a thousand 'stings' with a bloody swarm of electronic media people...'sting' operations and RTI is some of the best things happening today...the "responsible" sections of media, pl. note - You defintely keep this issues alive and prevent them from fading away!
