Don't u know...this is the "Creamy layer" that takes advantage of all the SC/ST quotas dished out in abandon to them! The deserving people never get the quotas in their favour...as usual! Not surprised at this turn of events...have suspected as much since years...also expect the same from the BCCI officials! Let us have a sting on BCCI officials...esp about selecting teams!!!
