We indians are a lazy bunch. Fit to only watch a game meant to be played by retired folks. Why? Because we get to bunk one whole day from work and under the pretext of the watching the match, sleep on the couch at home for a jolly good 3 / 6 hours the match is in progress. And after doing that, bring down other sports persons. pissing off.

We Asians are the most hardworking groups. The capacity of Asians to work under pressure and perform is much higher than europeans.
Europeans are good in making use of the hardworking ability of Asians.
Vijay Mallya's only ambition in life is to get noticed even though he is past middle-age. As chairman of the two rival motor sports federations in India, he has done sweet f...k all. If he was a true Indian at heart wanting to promote talented young Indians, then he would have sponsored Karthikeyan, Chandhok and Armaan Ebrahim. Of the three, only Chandhok (23) and Armaan (18) have a chance to make it to Formula One if they can must sufficient budgets. So, this where Mallya can play a lead role by sponsoring the two boys instead of wasting money on a back-of-the-grid team like Spyker and then shouting that he wants to put India on F1 map. He could not pay his bills when he was associated with Benetton and he also has a deal going with Toyota. In both cases, he could not honour the contracts in toto. So, he is becoming a bigger joke than his figure that is growing rounder daily. Rediff, pl do not get carried away by these publicity stunts.

I am talking about the Speed my dear. My intention is to draw the attention towards upgrading the minds to face the Speeeeeeeed. I had been driving above 120 km per hour in international roads, always felt comfortable. But had to hit beed with back ache while drove more than 60 km per hour speed on indian roads.
To accept the Speed one should able to experince in the thrill in it. To make the F1 successful in india, the craze for speed have to be developed.

pity u dont watch f1 and talk thru ur hat . brazilian gp alone saw atleast about 20 overtaking manoeuvres. mr ganesh , f1 surely cannot overtake cricket - it is far to cerebral for the common cricket following man , but please do not exhibit ur lack of understanding of the sport. and when u say monotonous races - it is SO evident that u have never sat thru a race at all. no information - yet an opinion!

Fixing happens only in CRICKET. And Hanse Chronje was killed because he confessed. Others sports will never grow in India, because we have useless guys like you, who do not understand others sports.
