WHAT U SAID I9S NOT CORRECT MAN.HE KNOWN BUT THE PEOPLE IN THE TEAM PLAY POLITICS WHAT CAN HE DO
rahul is responsibile. as a captian he is responsible. choose best coacher for indian cricket team. it is the duty of the board. also they must have the feeling of what they are earning must be satisfied. if they don't have this feeling it is difficult to shine. thanking u.
BCCI should have taken a strong decision as far as the Captaicy was concerned. Dravid should not have been retained as captain for upcoming tours. Infact, it would have been a great opportunity for a youngster like Yuvraj to take up this job and get enough experience by 2011. If Dravid continues as a Captain for another year or so; India will struggle to get a matured captain for 2011 World Cup. In such a case there is fair chance that India will not do well in 2011 World Cup as well. --- Proper decisions at proper time does matter a lot.

in sri match agarkar playing ires.shots dravid watched how he playes when agarkar is out dravid hitted 4 fours but he doesnt say agarkar i am the batsman give me stand is this is responsable captatncy
there are two types of india in this country.one say give me a chance i willprove you.one india says i will prove first then give me a chance.the first statement is happening in indian team currently.the selection of current indian team was not upto the mark.there wansn't any balancein the team.if we take the example of australia they right balance of youth and experience.it is right that odds willbe in your favour if you won or loose.but you have to stand on the expectations of peopleafter youare getting heavey amount of money getting famous.
A lot has already been debated in the matter. However, a matter which might have escaped everybody is the lack of leadership that has resulted in the debacle. Rahul Dravid is a very good player, no doubt about it, but from the telecasts of matches one thing which comes out very clearly is his lack of control over other players. An example is, when Ajit Agarkar was trying to play some lofted shots agaist Srilanka in the WC match, Dravid being at the other end, he should have been told in no uncertain terms to only rotate the strike and give strike to Dravid so that runs were scored and the next strategy could be worked out in last overs. Dravid failed to impress upon the same resulting in Agarkar teying a shot too many and getting out. India may not necessarily have won but at least there could have been fight. It appeared at that time as if all fight had gone out of India. This shows lack of leadership. This was apparent even in earlier matches whether lost or won. Further players not following instructions shoul also be shown the door. Lack of leadership and descipline led to the debacle.

you are absoulty right if gangyly is captain in this wc india should definitely reaches in super 8
He is not as mature and geneious in cricket as one captain should be. His one mistake on choosing batting first against Bangla Desh when the pitch was having the grear moisture spoiled all the game. Innocency in cricket and in share market has no excuse. U have to pay the penalty.I think he shoud be given some basic training of Captainship since the decision to take a decision is very difficult decision in the right direction. Thanks & regards
