Unnecessary Hype
by aj on Jun 23, 2008 02:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Aarushi's case has been hyped over the board. Dont we hear many similar cases in the country everyday? Why this case is suddenly so important? Just because it happened in Delhi?

So many farmers have suicided in Maharashtra which is a much more important issue than following some girl's murder case in some corner place in Delhi.

Common guys. There are so many other important issues that this country is facing. Let the police, law and Aarushi's family members tackle the case. Dont waste ur valuable time on this.

May God rest Aarushi's soul in peace.

This is totally a messed up case with no clues left for the CBI.They are just digging their hands in the mud and hoping to come something out of it .....nonsense investigation

If clues were there CBI would not have come into the picture. Lack of presentable evidence is why CBI was called. It is non sensical of an investigative agency that has handled the case to come out and repeatedly say it was not handled properly by the police.

Aarushi Murder

Why Dr. Talwar has burried the body of his daughter in hurry? Has he made any effort to locate Hemraj or go and look at terrace? Why he left for Hardwar in hurry?

There are so many similar questions that need to be answered by the family. The whole question is why police just believed in what Talwars said and did not seal the site of crime. Were they bribed and asked to keep quiet? According to their helper, both were awake when she arrived - why had they not called police or neighbours? How did they know Hemaraj had killed their daughter? According to their maid again, once she went in, Mrs. Talwar mentions look what Hemaraj had done. How were they so sure of Hemaraj's hand when they had not even tried to locate him. Hemaraj's phone being received once the same day, also may be a master plan to say, see we were trying to reach Hemaraj, he picked up the phone once and then he is not picking up or switched off. Probably the plan was to dispose off Hemaraj's body somewhere and tell the world, Hemaraj killed Arushi and Hemaraj would have gone unnoticed or unheard.

Definitive naming of Hemaraj as a killer suggests some foul play. How did Talwars' know for sure Hemaraj had killed their daughter? Did they force Hemaraj to commit that crime and eliminate him for burying the evidence? It is this peculiar behaviour that suggest their hand behind, these two murders. There is no sign of panic or hurry to seek help in the morning. No teenager will leave his/her room unlatched. If the door was open it suggests to killing before Arushi went to sleep or she was drugged. Killing before she went to bed may be a little difficult to believe because she would have put up stiff resistance. There are no signs of resistance which is again suggestive of being drugged. If she was naturally sleeping she should have latched her room from inside. The same is true of Hemaraj.

CBI wants to cover up its own inconsistencies
by Punyakumar on Jun 17, 2008 03:04 PM  Permalink

The very reason why CBI was asked to take over the case of Noida double murder was mess up by UP police. Now after a month CBI's spokesperson mentioning that UP police did not do their job well is mockery of themselves. Yes there cannot be magical solutions for every problem. It may take months to investigate. Let them tell that, rather than pointing finger at someone/some agency whose improper homework has brought CBI. CBI was brought in to plug those loopholes and not to just tell there are loopholes.
