Are gujjars so naive that they are unable to think what they are doing? whats all these tamasha for.. even if they get ST its not a larger section is going to get a job..and as OBC they are already enjoying reservations.. so it merely shows the sick mentality of these gujjars and their leaders..

You have to comprehend the intricacies of the situation- a large portion of the Central Service (IAS/ IPS/ IRS) officers posted in Rajasthan belong to the Meena community. The Meenas in Rajasthan, though essentially uplifted (as every other family in Meena dominated areas like Bharatpur has atleast one member in the IAS /IPS/ IRS), do not want the Gujjars to get ST status as that would essentially mean that the Meenas would have to share their ill-gotten 9% reserved quota with another powerful social class, at all costs. Since they control a large part of the administration in Rajasthan state and also have many of their clansmen in Central Departments, they are trying their best to prevent the Gujjars from getting the ST status, by being as brutal and ruthless as they can be. I believe, though the ulimate resposibility lies with Vasundhara Raje, much of the killings have occured without her consent (no political leader wants to look like a villian directly in the eyes of his/her voters), with the Meena brigade in the administration proactively ochestrating the killings. The inclusion of Jats, who are a large and more upwardly mobile class than the Gujjars, in the OBC list has queered the pitch for the Gujjars, literally squeezing them out of the quota benefits. SO they want ST status, which the powerful Meena vehemently are resisting.

Actually....some people are just like thaali ka bengan. They roll down in a direction where they get benefit. Some times they will criticize and some times they will be seen standing by them. What a great character they have. I think their meaning by saying fighting for their right may be they want to say that they have the right to block the roads and damage railways. I wish we had a different system / constitution and these types of leaders could be shot down.
Anybody tell me... what happen to India.. everyparty wheather CPM (Nandigram, Haldia, etc), Congress (Mumbai North Indian, Poor workers in Haryan.. etc), BJP (Gujjar in Rajasthan, Muslim In Gujrat), BSP (any 1 against her) what is happening.. No political party is working for the country... Please read all .. Now See election is on the way.. may polarisation will take place.. 1st will be the most oppurtunist party that is commies will leave Congress and try to get vote against congress,.. enjoyed almost 5 years of rajsukh... now when they really need they ll leave.. and what ever happening to inflation its coz of commies.. what u say guys

Issues can be settled but for this you need to have discussion between parties. Now if one party is not redady or rather adament in violence issues cannot be settled amicably.

I am with you 100%. Teach them good lessons who want to win elections on the basis of offering reservations at the first place give no vote to these traders who are selling country’s interests for their own interest. They are corrupt leaders recognize them and shed them away.

Gurgers are brave,Healthy & hardworking.They should feel insulted by demanding quota.In fact they should have carried campain on the lines suggested by Dr Shiv Khera that religion/Cast based quotas will devide the country once again.Poor Indians(I repeat poor Indians)should get preference in jobs non else.
