It all seems UP Police have messed up the case.The one plausibel scenario seems Hemraj let someone in who killed him whom Aarushi saw & got killed. As for the noise, in summers fans & AC on could have easily suppressed any disturbance to a tired person asleep.

The Problem with the ivestigation adopted by the UP cop is "the culprit is already indentified .Evidence are now collected to support the conviction." But it should be other way around . Even I am also thinking in line with Vineet for last one week , particularly after the statement made by Lady social worker. Police should be open to conclude the case based on the evidence rather than to stand by their assumption.
