The Problem with the ivestigation adopted by the UP cop is "the culprit is already indentified .Evidence are now collected to support the conviction." But it should be other way around . Even I am also thinking in line with Vineet for last one week , particularly after the statement made by Lady social worker. Police should be open to conclude the case based on the evidence rather than to stand by their assumption.
