I have heard and observed the eve teasing by North Indians across Maharashtra, and yes the truth is North Indians by nature disrespect women and females at large and its their natural instinct to eve tease.
But here is the problem, it is not the North Indians from UP-Bihar who are the major eve teasers, but people in the NCR region, Delhi, Hariyana, Chandigadh and Western UP are the chaps who indulje in molesting and eve teasing activities in Maharashtra and Mumbai.
Yes If you find a North Indian in eve teasing activity, yes he should be given a sound thrashing and his head be shaven.
Raj should not single out UPites and Biharis, Instead he should use his power to stop or eliminate all the illegal activities be it illegal occupany of land for slums or footpaths by poor people, illegal construction by rich builders and for that matter any other illegal activity. He need not worry whether the person is from UP, Bihar, MP or even Maharastra...
The corrupt govt. officials who allow such social crimes by taking bribes should also not be spared.

Time and again, Shiv Sena and now MNS have been targeting one community or the other. It was south Indians at one point of time, then it became muslims, and now its UP and biharis. Maybe it would be north easterners in future cus that%u2019s the only part of that country that%u2019s left. They are politicians, so no surprise they resort to such tactics to get votes, the surprising part is that some marathis like Ashish over here get great pleasure in outsiders getting roughed up. As if there aren%u2019t any marathis outside of Maharashtra who are taking jobs from locals of some other state or countries, in future if unfortunately some innocent marathis are attacked in cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Varanasi or Indore where there are large number of Marathis, it would be only Shiv Sena, MNS and there supporters like Ashish to blame

Your first post started with "As a complete outsider..." - now it is getting to the point of some usual anti-Marathi rhetoric.
Maharashtra can take care of its own. We can pay back in the same coin what is done to us in Bangalore or elsewhere although I doubt anything will happen in Bangalore. I just used an example.
We will not let Maharashtra become Bihar so that some Malhotra's in Rest of India will be happy.

Anti-marathi?? Where did u get that from? I know a lot of marathis who dont support Raj in the way he is handling this issue. I maintain that marathis and Raj are right in being concerned about preserving locals interests in Mumbai, but im only against the way they are handling it. Totally agreed, if someone breaks the law, he/she needs to be punished. But I guess there is police to do that. We see so many of such incidents of mob violence in Bihar, and everyone hates that about Bihar and rightfully so, Raj%u2019s men beating up Bihari%u2019s, some of whom might be innocent is a very similar to those incidents of mob violence. You said u don%u2019t want Maharashtra to become another Bihar, although that will never ever happen, but Raj%u2019s men are already doing in Mumbai what happens in Bihar.

These north Indians , wherever they go spoil the culture , Bangalore was once paradise , then north indians attacked spoiled everything , traffic , roads , water and suddenly garbage on roads increased many folds.
Yes it belongs to us. U have such a big state why dun u live there njoy ur life ?I have yet to meet a north indian who doesn;t abuses and speak out !!

Rather than saying that he will perform puja outside Raj's residence, lalu should tell Raj that he will develop BIhar so much and he will teach good manners to Biharis so much and he will improve the law & order in Bihar so much that in the next 10 years, Maharashtrians will come to Bihar for jobs and he will not term them as "outsiders". This will be the perfect revenge against Raj rather than performing futile pujas.

if anyone who need to learn good manners is Raj thakrey and not Biharis. I am surprised the way he is being given free hand by govt. Biharis have already shown their talent. Despite being from such a backward state they are able to move ahead in each and every field so much so that the local population starts feeling incure. They are surviving on sheer talent and hardwork and don demand things on the basis of their birth place.

Sheer talent? Hmm... Hardwork?... true(hardwork to the point of exploitation) don't demand things? ...true (they are scared of the contractors).
Truth is they accept subhuman illegal salaries to work long hours because they are desperate. With these salaries (including a pittance they send back home) they can barely survive in slums, cannot afford toilets etc. Their biggest selling point is not talent but willingness to work for illegally low salaries.

Oh we are not worried about the talent... we are worried about hygiene. Slums, Slums and more Slums - relentless pouring in of people from Bihar/UP - people with desperation writ on their faces making them susceptible to exploitation.
Oh yes they are exploited - Rajsaheb has spoken out against these exploiters as well, saying he will target them as well if they do not follow minimum wage laws.
