but this concept has its roots from natives from core of heart... It is upto the leader to feel the nerve or not.... Tell me dont we as Indian will repeal any foriegner frm holding any office of Power in our country... The same way Each nd evry state wth some distinct culture differences from the main stream india has the right nd wish to maintain its cultural integrity... wats wrong in that...
