Whatever the secret life conducts of the individuals maybe ...its personal and nobodys business.... but since it involves the loss of life which is in no way justified,it is necessary for the culprits to be caught and punished. Now doubts and suspicions run wild,in any direction and accusations without sufficient proof is very dangerous. However i am inclined to believe -1) that perhaps it was a suicide ,last effort intention by the daughter to cause change in the possible secret affairs of her father/mother?/family.(therefore no faith in mother) -2)servant may have been having illicit relations with members of the family and therefore murdered/silenced. This murder may have been witnessed by the daughter who could have threatened to speak out the truth and therefore cruelly silenced in her sleep.(surgically)(therefore no noise, and mothers unawareness?)her involvement? I feel the investigators should lay more emphasis on the interrogation of the domestic help and parents. After all the murder did occur in the residence.Lie detectors could help to an extent. Im not playing detective...just trying to help.

THE POLICE HAVE JUST CARVED OUT A TALE SO THAT IT CAN HIDE THEIR INCOMPETENCY BY PICKING OUT EASY MEAT LIKE DR TALWAR .I WONT BE SURPRISED IF THE POLICE DEMANDED MONEY FROM DR TALWAR BEFOREHAND OTHERWISE THEY THREATENED THAT THEY WILL PLANT THE MURDERS ON HIM .
a) How come Talwar family never bothered to check building premises to find out where the killers came from or where did they go after committing crime ?? These are the basic steps which anybody would take to find out clues about the culprits. How come they were in so hurry to criminate the body of a girl who was a victim of an unsolved murder mystery. How come the bed mattress was taken to the terrace by Rajesh Talwar's family member, and how come they didnt discovered BLOOD splattered all over the terrace with a BLOOD HAND mark near the main exit door ?? Were they trying to dry the BLOOD STAINS in the mattress which could have given an important clue ??
b) How come a father can lock her daughter in a room ?? What was the motive of locking her daughter on the night of murder ??
c) How come both Anita Durrani and Nupur Talwar appeared in front of media on the same day with a Dead Pan Look on their faces??
d) How come both Anita's Husband and Rajesh Talwar's wife speaking on the same terms of protecting their spouses. How come they are 100% sure about their family friend spouses (Durranis are sure about Talwars and Talwars are sure about Durranis) ?? They story of WIFE-SWAPPING is not cooked up, but it was disclosed by ARUSHI's friend with whom she had phone calls more than 688 times in a single month.
e) How come Nupur Talwar speaking as if her DAUGHTER has only gone missing on a SCHOOL TRIP ?? Does she know the difference between a MURDER and a normal kidnapping case??

am suprised by ig's statement that father killed girl on two reasons,1. she knew about affair 2. Anita was very much long time friends with the family. Growing up videos of arushi were shown on TV and Anita Dur-rani was very much there in each and every moment of her life. WIFE SWAPPING is not illegal our constitution says "Consenting Adults' no case. But what about children who quietly suffer because mommy1 and daddy2 wanna have fun with another daddy1 and mommy2. It is amazing to read the various comments of the general public. Lets get things into correct perspective.
First. Our media and press are irresponsible. Second. Our police are NOT rpt NOT trained to carry out investigations of crimes in Urban India. THAT IS A FACT. Three. All young girls around 14 -16 are in a growing up process and they are more knowledgable than parents, servants police etc. Arushi is or was not a fool. Five. Her father in a supposedly intimate relationship with a collegue is of real no consequence. By intimate what is really meant. Going to bed? or what else. In the Indian warped mind SEX seems to be the only thing that is a sin. Please stop being typically middle class and use your brains dear readers. The police ahve as yet NOT found any evidence. Goes to prove how incompetant they are. Imagine not sealing off the house after the murder (s) were reported. Extraordinarily stupid.
