As per CNN IBN, the email threat contained the following: Apparently the outfit is divided into three wings: Shahbuddin Gouri Brigade, to attack Southern India, Mahmood Ghaznvi Brigade, to attack Northern India and Shaheed al-Zarqawi Brigade, dedicated to suicide attacks
The e-mail also says Jaipur was chosen as a target as the organisation intended to hit at the country%u2019s tourism industry. The e-mail reportedly says the blasts were triggered to demolish people's faith in the 'dirty muds' in the name of Hanuman, Sita, and Ram
Also, they have put a video having a bicycle no and that number matched with the one used for blast as per Police. So, the email is authentic.

The cyber cafe owner might have been picked up for interrogation. And as per the law, each cyber cafe must maintain a record of the person who comes to access net. Also, it is the responsibility of cyber cafe attendant to check the photo identity of the concerned person. So, police must have picked the owner and his son to get those details. If they haven't collected the data then they are liable for their act. Guilty must get punished. Generally people ignore their duties for the sake of earning some quick bucks......

I never approve of innocent killings. But I do believe such Insanity happens due to perceived sense of Grievance/Injustice or Brutalization by a set of people.
Muslims are not the only one to have shown such insanity out of perceived sense of Grievance or Brutalization. Hindus, christians and Sikhs have all shown it in recent history.
ONLY solution to this menace is STRONG SOCIAL JUSTICE SYSTEM wherein no clear cut murderer of innocent roams scot free.

Such System will have to change in favor of a TRULY JUST system.

Your understanding is totally incorrect. Do you mean to say there was no terrorism in India prior to Gujarat ryots? It was the muslims who poured oil and torched the train bogeys first. I am born and brought up in Hyderabad and know better about the muslim culture. There have been regular riots during Ganesh festivals for decades till 1983 when a strong person became the CM and dealt with these guys a bit strong. Ever since it came down, but whenever Congress is ruling, they raise their ugly head again. Please remember 1947 killings of hindus by pakistanis. The insane cruel killings of hindus by muslims date back to 10 AD, that is from the date intrusion started. And if you think blasts are happening only in India, go and see elsewhere including the US where the muslim terrorists carry out blasts regularly. I think there is something wrong in the blood and the way they understand the religion. Right from childhood, I have seen muslim boys stoning the chemilions / lizards in the name of religion.

I understand your feelings. I know the way government works, the bureaucracy works! They want a commission on every item purchased, perhaps you were not giving some. This is not the case just in the UP government; it is the same everywhere, Central Government and all State Governments. That the callousness of governments and its employees are the major reason for all failures in the country is a open secret. I know of projects where crores of rupees are spent without any use but the ones associated with the project have become very rich. I can only share your agony and sympathise with you. In fact, the government will be very unwilling to have such preventive software as it is against their personal interests; do you know, they take a percentage on the exgratia announced to the dead, even create bogus records for unidentified bodies to swallow the money!

We have been working on fingerprinting for some time but may be our marketing lacks the punch since most of the software accepted by the govt belongs to multinationals...everywhere we go they say that we need to see your experience certificate of three years... in the meantime the security goes for a six...do you really think the PMO will spare a thought without first thinking whether we can line their pockets with gold...we have brains but not the monetary resources...of course our project is 100% complete and God willing you will be able to see it in promulgation...but may be not in my motherland!

Buddy grow up? Tell me does it affect one privacy? I am only suggesting to instal CCTV at the entrance so that it captures the image of individuals. Due to my concern over the threat posted by public internet cafet........i had felt this could be a solution...the second solution can be producing personal identification copy.
How can u compare this with smoking in public / helmet issues.........and misuse of police. In fact, this can only help the investigation agencies...........give me reasons if i need to belive ur point!
