Even though this is becoming a common, kids falling into a unused borewell and then army or fire brigade rescueing them. Government does not react and take any measures against culprits, it is simply because common citizen tolerate and accept these kinds of nonsene as part of our life.
I am 100 % sure that none of the places where the accidents happen would'nt be covered or closed. God only should save our children.

it is not publicity, no pne is trying to sell any thing here. It is to educate people that this can also happen to you and that includes you sandesh dutt. It is to embrace the government (though they are shameless), so that some action could be taken.
Every few months we are hearing of such cases.Subsequent follow up details not available in any case.There should be a heavy penalty slapped for user /contractor leaving the borewell without capping or sealing it.
We admire the soldiers and the team for their spirit and doing such a job. Our army deserves appreciation. Authorities be concerned about lives not after getting into troubles, but why not prevent them by closing holes on the roads, borewells etc
Typical Indian carelessness. If we are a little more conscious about the good of others , all these incidents would not happen every few months. Even today , if the public decide to cover all the borewells left open , we wont have to read about these rescue & attempted rescues , every now and then.

Nowadays, it has become common to see the Borewells unused are not closed It is the basic responsibility of those who have initiated in Borewell operation to ensure that is closed Unless Government takesup these issues seriously by Penalising the Defaulters, this type of accidents will happen

Your are right governemnt should look to it that un used borwe well should keep close it mouth should not keep opp to invite another trouble like Vandana, Prince and other child fall in the bower well it moral duty of person who are not using the bower well should close it as this will save a lot of time ,save the child from falling into the big long bower well Lets Keep All un used bower well closed for ever so that all childrens are safe to play and mothers should not leav there child alone , from this we can learn some thing
