I guess chest thumping comes easy if _you_ are not the victim and nothing is at stake for _you_.
China is not Britain that can be held to a moral principle. It is a state that, under the influence of genocidal communism, killed millions of its own. Protest marches and Gandhian satyagrahas are not going to make it see reason.

Just replace the word "Tibetian" in the above text and post for "Kashmiri Pandits". It is easy to give advice to others while we ourselve are not able to support Kashmiri pandits in our own country.

i understand that u ppl r supporting tibet issue ....then i have a query to all of u ..thatshuman right violation happen in kashmir also...in some xtreme cases our gr8 jawans even rape innocent kashmiri galz !!! so if all other countries commend on that and call for boycott of india what will u do ??? r u telling that its time for indians to quit kashmir ?? and also such human right violations happen in states like manipur,nagaland and mizoram also !! so r u ppl saying that india must quit all these states ??? dont forget irom shrmila(famous human right activist of manipur) and also dont throw stones from a glasshouse..

Yes, human rights scenario has been published by US last week. Kashmeer issue is different and Tibet issue is different. Tibetens were calmly fighting for thier soil.
I liked hil lines..."Why should there be any tension on the Tawang issue between India and China? India should stand up and say that you (China) have no business to talk about it. Tawang belongs to India. Why is this issue lingering on?"....does Indian Govt has any answers to this???
Huge development of Nepal and Bhutan ??? And i wonder why they didnt become another Singapore?? Also in 17th and 18th Century also Tibet was under chinese authority and also from the Gurkha Kings and Khalsa kings of Punjab. Even during the first half of 20th Century tibetans were ruled by only some top ranked families of Lamas. These Lamas owned the land and the cultivators were called serfs who constitute a good 90% of their population. It also appears that the present revolt is similair to the daily revolts of the chinese working class in china against the capitalist model communism .... The timing of this rebellion puzzles me .. They chose Olympics as an International attention seeking event .. true it does , but I doubt any concrete action against the chinese will be taken by the international community bcoz of the chinese influence in world economy today.And there is no communism in India and will never be. CPI-M is just another BJP or Congress who are basically oppurtunists.

You are right CPI-M is after Land Mafia and now they act as Broker for many Land deals in Bengal and Kerala. Thier rate is below BJP & Congress. India will be super power in less than 20 years.

Again.. talking abt land deals , you agreed that CPM are against the land mafia... though there are debatable land deals of ISRO and Nandigram. the point is it balances out... But my point is when we talk about BJP or Congress , they also figure the same if not lesser ...

I agree communism is a flopp philosophy. Only good promises to all poor, workers, etc attract unemloyed people towards communism. I was also initialy impressed when I had a chance to stary in Ex-soviet union. But I had to chane my opinion. When eveerything is goverment, there no competition. We have also seen in India No competition No progress.

There were two other border fights in 1989 and 1991. In both of them the Indian army jawans butchered the Chinese. Its just that our current polititians - who ally themselves to the Left find this to be inconvenient to talk about. Even in 1962 - 1400 Chinese soldeirs were killed for 1000 Indian jawans. We were ill prepared to imagine that the Chinese would be such backstabbers ( that was our mistake) Now we dont trust anything Chinese- or anyone who makes any pro- China comments.
