Bal Thackeray saw that all the Maharashtrian going towards MNS to bring them back he also joined Raj Thackeray. But why Raj did that anybody know about it? I will tell u. Raj was given 5 crore rupees by Congress to split Marathi voters. Because they were losing everywhere so they played this trick which is working very well. What Bal or Raj have done for Maharashtra yet. Not even a single thing. They always utlised Marathi People and those people supported them. Even though they know that they r not going to get anything from them. Bothe Thackeray are trying pull Marathi voters towards them. I think Raj should be thrown out of India as his Chacha Bal did for him by throwin him out of him home.

Never mind about what Bal/Raj have done for Maharashtra. Ask what Lalu/Mulayam "AND" the people of Bihar/UP have done for Bihar/UP that they prefer to live in the slums/footpaths of Mumbai and defecate in the open as opposed to living in dignity in their own state?
Now they want to establish Bihar/UP politicians in Maharashtra? No thanks - we will keep our Thackerays.

Thokrays should be handed till death by Indian Government. Thokrays are an insult on India. Even Lalu has proved himself to be a good railway minister, but there Thokrays are good for nothing.. fooling Marathis and creating problem. Old Thokray got 70 south Indians murdered in 70s. After this old Thokray is dead surely he will goto hell for cursing fellow Indians. Every Indian should pray for his fast departure from this world.
IF THE PEOPLE STOP THINKING ON THE LINES OF THEIR CASTES OR LANGUAGE OR ORIGIN, THESE LEADERS WILL SHUT UP. AMITABH AS WELL ALL THE PERSONS IN THE FILM INDUSTRY AS WELL AS OTHER PROFESSIONS SHOULD MAKE AN OFFER TO LEAVE MUMBAI. AMIT SHOULD MAKE A BIGINNING BY MOVING TO SOME OTHER STATE LIKE GUJRAT FOR A FEW MONTHS NI PROTEST. BUT EVEN HE IS SEEKING HELP AND SUUPORT FROM THACKERAY.

We constantly hear these threats - this one should/will move out or that one should/will move out of Mumbai.... but no one does. Do you wonder why?
Dude... It's like stating "Indians are not welcome " in the US/UK or Aus.
Same sh*t diff country - the only difference is that Indians are doing it among themselves and in their own country, and we have the nerve to call others racist....

what relevance has this got with this above topic. We are discussing about the goon Thackerey, who should have been put behind the bars long time ago. Now one more demon by name of Raj has come out of this devil Thackerey. Both should be arrested immediately if the Congress govt has any sense of governance or care for the common man.

we know about how much Indian Railway developed during Lalu's rule. But I am sure laloo developed a lot, financialy.
I have long been reading the posts about north indians not respecting the maharashtara culture & adopting them, first of all I want to understand what basically is maharashtara culture, how it is different from existing culture of any other state or any religon of respecting other people, elder, humanity, help, kindness. I have stayed in different parts of India & whatever I have interacted with the educated lot I found everywhere the underlying principle is same to treat opposite one as equal, had our forefathers the freedom fighters thought about it, neither Tilak & Nehru would have worked together nor we would have got independence. As a Bihari, based on my school knowledge I still recognize Shivaji as a great Indian leader although he was dominant in the maharashtara, but I would disagree what Raj or Bal are telling because they haven't proved there credentials as public welfare leader. I have read the argument that north indians are making mumbai unsafe, dirty, populated etc etc & etc. But then it is same for any developed city of world like London, New york, Tokyo etc where people have migrate & will continue to migrate for better iving option. We should look for how to manage the congestion, how to setup equvalent opertunities in other part of india & I hink it will be even more useful if maharastra govt could develop a another tru mega city like mumbai but hating someone is someone and expelling someone from your border of state will devide us further & put us backwar

I agree with this post one 100 percent. Comment of Mr.Bal Thakarey is childish, politically motivated in a very cheap manner, malicious and baseless. It is a kneejerk reaction to the many unsolved metropolitan problems, Mumbai is subjected to. It becomes hell hole in every monsoon seasons and the city administration is unable to cope with it. Only option left to politicians like Thakarey and co. is blaming outsiders, who are a part of Mumbai's economic. Wake up Mr.Thakarey, be a statesman and think of issues, which will make people look at you as a true visionary leader. Do not fight just Raj. Fight the many many evils of society. Ladies and girls tourists are getting molested and raped, there are broad day light dacoities. Raise your voice against these crimes. Trust me such political gimmics have been tried many times in the past in many parts of India. It has never worked and it will not ever work.

If it has never worked why are you so worked up about it? If Maharashtrians are irrelevant and only the other people in Mumbai count why are you so bothered about it?

"Same for any developed city" ... What nonsense!
There are no slums like the ones in Mumbai in Tokyo certainly (which is very clean and disciplined). There are no slums like those in Mumbai in London and New York or San Francisco etc...
The masses of people defecating in the open in Mumbai - I have never seen in any city which does have slums be it in Manila or Rio de Janeiro or Caracas etc.

Hey dude have you visited RIO and Caracass ? I think you are like frog of well who has not seen anything !!!!!!!!!! Don't write about cities which you have not seen. RIO has one of the biggest and most dangerous slums in the world Open your eyes I am not disagreeing with your point of providing basic facilities to all Mumbai Inhabitant and If workers are from Bihar working in Mumbai its duty of employer to provide basic Sanitation......even if Marathi people will replace them ........Are you going to allow them shit in ur house ?????????????????? Most of you guys are crap and have no clue about anything grossely uneducated.

Come on, no employer provides sanitation/house. Come on, you have to provide your own sanitation. If I don't have access to sanitation - I won't go to that place to work.
At least live and pay rent in a chawl like Marathis do and at least pay towards a common toilet/bath. Don't just exploit the city.

yo hablo espanol tambien pero no hablas portugues.
I was not talking about violence!!!
I have never seen people lined up defecating in the open like in the Mumbai in any of these above cities.
I have seen Lima, Cuzco, Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), San Jose (Costa Rica)etc - I have never seen the type of mass defecating in open air like in Mumbai. It is disgusting.
I was not talking about violence!!! Rio is very very dangerous.

what whould you do if you see migrants in your neighborehood sleep, eat, shit, bath openly on the road? These poor migrants are ready to go to extent for the survival. It is Bihar's politician's falut that they did not provide proper help for these people.
All people of India are Indians.Bihar, UP M'rashtra r all part of one nation. Development of even one people is nation's gain. THE COUNTRY IS BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE 100 CRORE PEOPLE.SO CANT WE EXPAND OUR HEART TO ACCOMODATE FEW PEOPLE FROM CERTAIN PART OF OUR LOVED NATION. Pity, people r fighting against people only

No it is not the responsibility of employer to provide toilets. You have to have your own accomodation and your own toilets. Marathis do pay for at least a chawl and a common toilet used by many - or else they do not go to the place for work. You grow up if you cannot see the problem with footpath squatters or people illegally appropriating land on which are fresh water pipelines.
BEING BACKWARD IS NOT ALL THAT BAD if we stay away from hate people. come to think of it nepal is not as forward as bangalore or mumbai, yet there is peace and happiness. I suppose even UP, Bihar people would be in peace if they were separate (nation) away from hate disease people.Have less luxury but not being part of nation where hate people control is a God gift.
They don't depend on Indian goods and make their own backward things.
