No it is not the responsibility of employer to provide toilets. You have to have your own accomodation and your own toilets. Marathis do pay for at least a chawl and a common toilet used by many - or else they do not go to the place for work. You grow up if you cannot see the problem with footpath squatters or people illegally appropriating land on which are fresh water pipelines.
