If someone took the call on Hemraj's cell phone why Cant CBI use it to find out where the murderer or one of the co-conspirators was when the call was taken.. Is technology not so advanced as to zero in on the exact location around which the call was taken..(I heard that the srength of the signal is recorded when a call is taken and the strength is directly proportional to the nearest receiver antenna) They can zero in on the region around which the person who picked the call was present. The murder weapon, the missing cell phones and the clothes that CBI is looking for may be found around...
I read somewhere someone update his idea... and feel it could be possible:
1) Hemraj, krishna and 3rd person might be drinking alchohol in Hemraj room. 2) Rajesh talwar might had a fight with Aarushi one some matter. 3) Rajesh hit her and Aarushi's head hit the wall. 4) Aarushi died instantly 5) It was an acceident 6) Hemraj and gang came running. They saw and discussed the matter 7) Rajesh talwar suggested to show this accident as murder 8) He asked someone from 3 to slit the throat of Aarushi 9) Hemraj being close to Aarushi (since he used to take care of her) did not agree to this. 10) Either Krishna or that 3rd person killed Hemraj. 11) They slit both of their throat 12) They put the Hemraj body on terrace so that they can dispose it later. But never got a chance for it 13) Since Nupur knew that it was an accidential death, she is supporting Talwar as she does not want to loose her husband now.

Ya, this is possible theory till now but not anymore...cos as per latests reports, the forensic team of CBI has established that the Talwars cannot have been at home when the murders actually took place....
The second theory that is now doing the rounds is that this could be a no-motive murder.....which simply means that this murder has been committed by a psychopathic killer on the loose.....a depraved sick mind which looks for soft targets in the middle of the night..

I cannot believe the 2nd theory. The parents are not looking sad atall. Neither the father or mother is seen crying or show any kind of loss of child on face. Instead they are trying to hide something.. which can be easily identified. They know that the world is pointing finger towards them.. but its never seen that they are revolting against this allegation.. instead they seem to be more of defensive or cover-up body language.
Apart from everything there is something called Gut feeling or sixth sence.... and i am sure everyones gut-feel and sixth sense says that the parents are involved or AT LEAST THEY KNOW EVERYTHING (the murderer, motive etc)

blatant copyright violation of the theory i put yesterday. u just twisted it a bit like the bollywood producers and made it as ur own idea. plagiariser!!!! even the numbering of the points is my idea.
Krishna is being made a scapegoat by the CBI cos there is no clear motive for him to murder Aarushi..
Some channels say it was a lust killing........how?? a 32 year old man having feelings for a minor 14 year old kid?? Absolute nonsense...also there is no indication of a struggle at all, which is the case in an attempted rape.....if it were a lust killing, he would have attempted to rape first and then kill...so this is all nonsense!!
The real motive for the murder is a the key to solving this case......i still feel that the key to this case is exploring the real estate angle and the relations between the Durranis and the Talwars.....somehow i feel this is the key to the mystery!!
I wish they had sent SM Krishna and BN Srikrishna to CBI custody.
SM Krishna looted Hindu temples in Karnataka and paid the money towards haj subsidy. BN Srikrishna in Vol 1, Chap 2, para 1.11 and para 1.15 says when 6 hindus were burnt in Radhabai chawl it was an ordinary incident sensationalized by the press and when 2 muslim women were molested, he says it is a gruesome incident.
Too many cooks spoiled the biryani. UP police then CBI.....Overcooked biryani becomes Khichidi. How come the murders were done so neatly........Weapon missing......Cell phones missing......2 murders.....no of killers not known......compounder gets arrested......rumours of group-broadminded-consentualsex between talwars and durranis....is that an angle ( according to UP police )....pehele to biryani banane nikale they ab is khichidi ko kaise aur kaun bachayeeeee
If a father in Austria can rape his daughter then why is it unthinkable that a father is not capable of killing his child? It pains me that an innocent Nepalese is being made the fall guy for the crimes of Dr. Talwar.
We the citizens of India should protest loudly against the injustice meted out to the poor. Unless we do, one day we too will be victims of the backlash of the dispossessed.
Why is the Nepalese government keeping silent? It is time too that the Nepalese government steps in and speaks out in favour of one of it's innocent nationals being held illegally in jail.

Prosecution is not based on whether and act is "thinkable" or not. It needs evidence. And if evidence comes up against a poor person, him being poor does not mean he shouldn't be interrogated or prosecuted.
And, what evidence gives you the conviction to assume that he is being made the scapegoat for "crimes of Dr Talwar". There is no evidence against him as yet, except for a theory made up by noida police which falls flat on its face.
Please wait for the investigation to be over before making rigid convictions. And, though there shouldn't be injustice to a person because he is poor, if a person is involved in crime he shouldn't also be let off just because he's poor.

It all starts with a blame on DUranis then the father Dr Talwar and now his compounder, doesnt it seem clear that when Dr. Talwar was caught he wanted a person to save his back and who else better than his own compounder, now the case is going to be stated as that krishna killed the two people under instructions from dr. Talwar and as time passes by in court, we would see krishna ending up with a life sentence while doctor talwar cont his illicit affair with no jail sentence............ Hopefullly CBI proves my theory wrong and reall accused is caught and punished.
