CRIME SCENE AND POLICE
by VENURAJA gopal Bowenpalle on Jun 03, 2008 03:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Noida police made many mistakes and
why they did all these , we do not know.

1) the crimne scene was not searched properly,
the suspect later on turned out to be a victim and his dead body was putryfying on the same building where police investigated the case.
The police inspector concerned was suspended

2) The bedroom in which the girl was killed ,her skull was bashed, her throat was deeply cut was not sealed by police.
Even their relatives were allowed to use the room for prayers !!!

3) they dod not preserve the crime scene on the roof of the building even after realizing the mistakes they did first time?
The heavy rain washed away the blood stains on the roof and noida police did not collect blood samples on the roof.

3) full hand print of blood on a wall of the staircase was not investigated at all.

4) maid servant's room was not investigated,
worse still, noida police did not make any coherant, visible search for the murder weapon.

5)conclusions were drawn hastily , even before finding all the victims, and also ascertaining as to how many killers could be present etc., and gave a full press conferance declaring the character of a lady dentist colleague of Talwar(married and leading a respectful family life) and 14 year old school girl.
Everything lacks professianalism and also heavy handed ,revengeful behaviour of Noida police.
6) Now CBI feels that the murder weapon could be anywhere near and searching in the nala and drainage.

Talwar is the murderer,He misguided the police and used his clout as respectable position in the society to misguide and checkmate the police search. The way he was obstructing and ordering the police official clearly indicates he is the culprit.Nobody in the world is away from sin.Particularly north indian are puccka criminals, they will do anything and remain w/o any concious of guilty. They obey only to power

No doubt police have messed up the investigation. But they may have done that under pressure. They may have been misled by Talwars' or they may have been asked to cover up the issue by name sake investigation. Both the parties know who the culprits are but they are not in a position to prove. It is the loopholes in our legal system that Talwars' are taking advantage of. Court not satisfied with circumstantial evidence itself is a major loophole. Yes, circumstantial evidences may not accurate always, but in some cases wherein it points out strongly to a culprit should be seriously considered. It is strange of a court to admit narco analysis test results of a terrorist and not of a medical doctor. This selective acceptance of narco analysis results by courts is also another loop hole.

Unanswered Q's.
by oswal yarns limited on Jun 03, 2008 03:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

There is something fishy. The police is accusing the father but cannot prove.
If, if at all the father is involved, at the most he must have hired the killer/killers to finish off the servant and the killing of his daughter was not on the agenda but the killers might have been identified/seen by the daughter and they finsihed her too. Now the father is quiet because he is equally guilty. So the police seems to have been paid handsomely to remove all clues/evidence in order to save the father when the case comes in the court. They will say in our opinion he is the culprit but the court did not accept.
If the father is not involved remotely, who could be the killer/killers. I just hope the father is not the one.

NOIDA DOUBLE MURDER CASE
by DINESH GUPTA on Jun 03, 2008 03:06 PM  Permalink

I think, UP Police had so many limitations. The family whose young daughter had been brutely murdered can not be questioned from the 1st day. The UP Police had to be behalf after all in a polite manner. CBI has found ground already prepared and after all after 15 days of the Murder.

Noida double murder case
by mohinder bhatnagar on Jun 03, 2008 02:56 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Let us hope that CBI has a magic wand to solve the case in 48 hours if not 24. It's so easy to blame others. CBI seems to be doing what Noida police did i.e. botching up investigations by blaming others. Senior IPS officers of the ranks of SSP, IG and ADG of UP Police had addressed the press conference over the TV and accused Dr Talwar. Can such senior officers be wrong? If they indeed are, they should be given exemplary punishment. If not, CBI officers should be hauled up for baseless insinuations against them.

all the crimes are handled in similar manner in india while the powerful people will try to throttle those who are innocent and those who are real culprits enjoy themsalves by sex/ murder/
