why is Narco Analysis test given the last chance.....when
by shobana nair on Jun 02, 2008 09:02 AM  Permalink

Why is the Narco test given the last chance when all know that it brings out facts from all the tricky horses mouth. Why is so much of money spent waste on lengthy investigations. If the test can reveal all the hidden and destroyed facts why the delay. No wonder the victims or the accused die before justice is done through courts.what a shame!

by Meenakshi Hakhu on Jun 02, 2008 08:27 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Look at this all of us are only discussing Arushi, media, police, administeration but no one is discussing the murder of the servant Hemraj just because he was servant, poor so there is no value for his death, this is a shame.

Arushi murder
by riten dash on Jun 02, 2008 07:10 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Police and CBI are the citadels of corruption.Remember Nithari killings and charade of narco test on Pandher? In an open and shut case like Nithari killings the main criminal is going scott free.In a 2000 sq ft flat 50% occupants are brutally murderd and other 50% pretend unaware-ness. What justification Police have got not to take Nupur Talwar in custody?

Next you will want everyone in that building behind bars! How can they not know about the murders within few meters? What logic! You want people to be arrested without any proof just because they 'might be guilty'. Law is supposed to presume a person innocent unless proved guilty, and not the other way round.

police is gossip hungry
by del on Jun 02, 2008 06:50 AM  Permalink

The police never think of defaming a deceased child and started speculating, I wish they should be accounted for their talks,,Also public must not find it an excuse to gossip on others,,,sick fellows..

arushi murder case..The facts and the conclusion has been arrived at.. now you have to work the logic
by SRINIVASAN BHARGAVAN on Jun 02, 2008 04:50 AM  Permalink

The police investiagation and the subsequent results remind me of my professor, one of the few claimed to have understood einstein gave this Maxim:
The facts and the conclusion has been arrived at.. now you have to work the logic.. though none of his students ever accepted this maxim , exclusivesly of his, it is a wonder how th police force found solace in this maxim which is being used professionally to jusitfy their action..Professor would have turned in his grave ..for letting his maxim to be alive to this date, even after 40 years

Police are worse than terrorists. These Khaki wearing MORONS are nothing but disgrace to society. Its not that 90 percent of cops are parasites but 100% of them are rascals!!

If 90% of the police were worse than terrorists, then India would be like one of our neighbours right now(read pakistan, bangladesh,sl). Police have a thankless job. Don't make judgements based on what you see in the movies.US has programs for their officers to visit psychiatrists when they get into high pressure situations. Notice how you to react to high pressure situations and imagine having to face that 24 by 7 for years together. You would be a mental mess too. Besides, you have to think like a rascal to catch a rascal.

Go home brother and enjoy a glass of wine and get some sound sleep. The police have your back.

yes... and he served the country very well . More so than the sorry bunch of s/w engineers who do nothing but whine at all the troubles they see every day. People are like a dog that sits at its masters feet and whines when he steps on its tail. They are indifferent and do not understand the real issues that a country like ours faces.

I agree Raviteja. I'm sure there are great officers out there. Unfortunately, their greatness is shrouded in the predominance of innefficiency and corruption that has, no doubt, eaten into the system. It is easy for us to sit here and whine about the situation - the whining only comes from a deep sense of frustration with the policy system. However, I think the media would do well to equally highlight the success stories of the polic so that citizens begin to feel like there's hope. The media loves to demonize the police, and that's how public opinion is formed too. However, I will say one thing - the polic on the road do NOT behave like a police force. I have lived overseas for many years and can tell you that when you see a policeman overseas you really feel secure! Here, I have seen police vans blatantly break traffic rules. One almost rammed into me - not because it was chasing a criminal - its light was not even flashing. It was just careless driving on the part of the police team. The police needs a makeover to regain the trust of fellow citizens.

I agree. You can not paint everyone with the same brush. There are good people and bad people in every profession. You hear more about police due to the nature of their responsibility and the external pressures. Even here, I can't get rid of the feeling that there may be someone behind the Sean, directing.

Transfer orders for 3 cops
by BALA SUBRAMANIYAN R on Jun 02, 2008 04:27 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is not enough if they are transferred, they must also be punished for bungling up with the initial investigation in several steps! Its also a shame on CM of UP for running a decoity police force! There have been several complaints about police in UP. Will CM transfer all of them? Even is she does so, the new place where these transferred cops will join duty and bungle up their duties in new places as well! This proves CM is inefficient and also proves beyond doubt that she is only after power and not able to to carryout good administration!

I guess if CBI also can't throw much light in this case govt should seek an FBI/Interpol investigation as well..

FBI is American local investigation service which only work for USA government and police where as Interpol is international investigation reserved for international investigations under special circumstances it does not investigate local cases.

Narco test should be done of talwars and durranis
by rayavarapu gopal on Jun 02, 2008 12:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

1) CBI enquiry is good as it is more professional than police.
2) The murders which happened may be done by an insider because the outsider coming and doing two murders with a gap of 30 minutes is not possible.
3) Why didnt the parents inform the police first but they called their friends and were waiting till the maid came in morning.
3) Nupur talwar told the purohit that she died between 1-2 am. If she is sure of that time, it means that she knew the murder happening and is not revealing due to some reasons.
4) She was mentioning that the door was bolted from outside, then how come the blood stains on the steps? It means that more than one person was involved in the murder.
5) Why was the post-mortem done so soon and the body was not kept?
6) The murders done may not be done in a fit of rage but it is pre-planned in the way it was executed and the missing of cell phones and the weapon.
Whatever it is, the people who killed the innocent should be hanged. May the souls of victims rest in peace

I heard the Police Press conference the other day wherein that Cop didn't even know who was murdered...he was constantly refering to some " Sruti" as the dead and was corrected more than twice....shows how good the cops are serious with the matter. Hod knows the truth...all i got to say is let the family not suffer soo much incase they are not in fault. God bless the departed souls.
