I think the SIT should think beyond Karnataka and Gujarat about the activities and masterminds of terrorism and SIMI activities. With all said and done, their roots may have been from Kerala or Kasargode - why I am saying this because, Kerala is a state with complete literacy accommodating a large muslim pockets, like Malapuram, Kannur, Calicut etc. and their activities in those pockets will go un-noticed due to the peaceful atmosphere and co-existence of all religions. Another angle of investigations would be, in such circumstances the planning would be done at a place and execution would be in some other place. There would be totally different people for planning, logistics, ground support and execution, not knowing each other as to who is handling what portfolio. Concentrating only in Bangalore and Ahmedabad would be a futile exercise.

sir, I consider everyone as human being and it hurts and pains when innocent people are targeted for ulterior motives. I do not know about you...today it is in Bangalore and Ahmedabad - tomorrow it can be either in your place or in my place...who knows.

In Surat, their intentions probably were to show their strong and long muscles and not to hit.
We need to follow the ploicy of just kill the culprits if it is clear and the person is caught redhanded planting the bombs.He or she should be shoot at the spot,no FIR, no arrest just kill on the spot. The message must be clear that if caught there is only one result and that is death.Only then we can stop these killing. But since almost in all cases these terrorists are muslims and their local supporters are also muslim and this poltical class of so called secularists who can do any thing to get muslim votes will not take any action and people will continue to die. Just hang Afzal have zero tolerance policy.Do not show any mercy to terrorists.
