Why Worry
by sanjeev kumar on Jul 29, 2008 01:51 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I do not understand why we should worry, because all over Netas are safe. Madam is safe, ManMOhan is safe. Shiv Raj Patil is safe, and our loyal doggy President is still waiving her tail on madam's command. What else we need. Rahul Bab is safe , who was caught with 200k Dollasr cash in Boston Airport. Why worry. Vote Congress, minorities need more reservations.

Why do you need reservation when you are already well trained in making IEDs and specialised bombs to kill the common man? You are well trained in the wrong way and there is no reservation for terrorists anywhere in the world excepting in Pakistan.

ATS Chief pls answer
by rani suri on Jul 29, 2008 01:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why is that no finger prints taken from the diffused bomb, cycle and cars used for ferrying bombs???? Is that the best forensic eveidence we can put before a court to convict the culprit. Instead the police are using bare hand (not gloved)to search and collect the bombs timers, cars and cycles. You are losing vital evidence. The police is still living in the 19th century.

Intellgence Agencies busy with trust Vote
by Siddhartha Singh on Jul 29, 2008 01:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How do we expect the Intelligence Agencies to be effective when a Joint Director of Intelligence Bureau was busy chaperoning Mehboobab Mufti in an Air Force plane for the trust vote (this is not an allegation by 'communal forces' but mentioned by Omar Abdullah on his blog). With such misuse of IB for peronal gains by central government, how do we expect the situation to improve

Terrorism
by Swapneel on Jul 29, 2008 01:30 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is bloody war declared against us.If we are being killed in our own country,it can't get worse than this. The govt does not even protect us and does not even allow us to deal with them .The best option would be that the present Govt should start distributing banglesto each and every true Indian

Secularism and Democracy are the best ways to beat terrorism. Swords, Rifles and Bombs cannot bring peace. Blood of Hindus and Muslims are the same, do not politicise it.

RE:Bring back TADA
by Kaushik Mitra on Jul 29, 2008 01:51 PM  Permalink
TADA/POTA are laws, the impact of which can be felt only if there are strong, credible, specialised enforecement agencies.
Need of the hour is to have a single Federal Agency to handle intelligence gathering, investigations and implementation of the law. This agency should be able to work not only nationally, but also globally with other agencies.
This is needed by the country very very urgently.Hope our political bosses work together on this across party lines.

Rajdeep Sardesai's perfidy
by Suraj Singh on Jul 29, 2008 01:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A few days prior to confidence motion, BJP MPs were approached by SP
to abstain or vote for the deal in lieu of money.

These MPs promptly informed its leadership about this unethical
offer. Kudos to them for their honesty.

BJP's top leadership asked the MPs to go ahead with the
"negotiations" , and parallely record the transactional details thru
audio and video footage as a sort of sting operation.

The job of recording the details was 'outsourced' to Rajdeep
Sardesai's media organization.

Prior to this arrangement, it was agreed upon by the two sides
(Rajdeep and BJP) that the video will be displayed on Indian TV.
However, post recording the evidence against Amar Singh and Ahmed
Patel, Rajdeep refused to telecast the evidence.

Now BJP is using secondary sources to make its case.
Do I miss something here? The judgement of BJP's top leadership to
outsource this work to Rajdeep was a case of severe misjudgement??

Are they so dumb that they cannot see the obvious and which is
explicit to ordinary folks on this mailing list. Or they are so drunk
with the notion of being in power post elections, that they have lost
their
cognitive abilities? In either case, they do not deserve to rule.

Rajdeep is a known anti-Hindu guy. Modi literally walked out of his
Kangaroo court (a live TV show). His ideological procilivities are
well
established. So why even bother talking to him at all. Folks like him
should not be engaged. They should be marginalized.

Rajdeep's DNA if tested will show traces of Jinnah in him and BJP in their foolishness relied upon a sure shot Congress stooge.
