TADA/POTA are laws, the impact of which can be felt only if there are strong,credible, specialised enforecement agencies. Need of the hour is to have a single Federal Agency to handle intelligence gathering,investigations and implementation of the law.This agency should be able to work not only nationally, but also globally with other agencies. This is needed by the country very very urgently.Hope our political bosses work together on this across party lines.
