Income tax says any payment more than Rs. 20000 they should pay be cheque.
WHY MPs not accepting cheque?
OK , If not cheque at least pay by DD or pay order.
If that is also difficult I request Member of Parliament to please accept payments by account transfer. Nowadays all banks have core banking and also we have RTGS ( Real TIme Gross Settlement ).
All this cash business is bad - very bad. Many many notes to count. Some may be fake ( like the MPs themselves ). Some may be dirty ( like the MPs themselves ). Sometimes to count one has to lick the notes like the politicians have to lick each other's boots/chappals, etc. Licking very bad for health.
Currency notes also increase risk. On the way to house, or bank, or brothel ( to spend the money ) , the MP will get robbed. This means the money is only going from ONE CHOR TO ANOTHER. No revenue for income tax department. Chidumbrum will be very unhappy.
Also some robbers may loot as well as kill the MP and so there is danger to life. This will lead to reduction of population especially MP population
Mr Sitaram Yechury being a respectable member of parliment should not indulge in suspicions but pave the way for catching the real culprits.
Its a large sum of money and it can be traced.
I once gave cash to my broker in shimoga and it contained a couple of forged notes.
These could be traced by my bank and they had every detail of the origin of these notes.
So if you just allow the bank to trace the origin they would do it in a niffy.
But if you allow the CBI of the FM to do this work, then they will set up a probe wasting the taxpayers money and then take you round for another voting process in parliment before telling you that it is impossible to trace it and that there exist no known culprits and finally complain that there was no such flashing of money itself, but a fit of imagination invented to bring down an elected government. THATS THE WAY OUR GOVERNMENT WORKS.
It's the fault of both national parties, the BJP and Cong - they've refused to educate the masses on the dangers of the Communist traitors and they've failed to lift the socio-economic shackles keeping the masses in perpetual poverty, ignorance and oppression. Once these ills are mitigated, the Left will have little, if any, appeal with the masses.
This irresponsible statement of Yetchury implicates not only the high office of the Speaker but also others like the Secretary General of the Lok Sabha who works under the speaker. Is it not then a defamation of the people working in the office of the Speaker. Are these citizens not entitled to a defamation lawsuit against Yetchury?
After all, he has made this statement outside parliament. Moreover, while media persons are not required by convention to disclose their sources, any one else quoting the media is required to divulge the names of their media sources.
yechury tells " actually we had arranged this blast in bangalore city for some important places like near assembly bhavan, police station,fire station and to kill some important persons but these beggar guys have done the blasting in some innocent places. so, it has been a foul play!!!!!!"
If CPM could stoop so low to attack the office of the Speaker of this country, I presume they have no respect for societal values. This slander is only forcing me to think 'Is it possible that CPM pulled from the UPA because of money paid to some of these leaders by some of the new aspirants for PM post. With so many business enterprises owned by CPM in Kerala, it would have been much easier to pay money to CPM without any one knowing

General election is round the corner and it will be held within next 7 to 8 months time. So now the Congres has more than 150 MPs including 10 MPs from UP. After the election how many congress MPs will be there from UP?

Chineese people(both CPI & CPIM)in india destroyed Industries using "Bandhs" as their weapon and now they are stopping Nuclear Deal for India's self Sustaining Capability. Then it will be a cake walk for China to occupy rest of the land also.

When u know that speaker is not resigning every common man immediately suspected about his motives. Ur party should have sacked him before the vote of confidence.
